Established in 1989 we’ve been helping people across Chester and the surrounding area to get the best from their TVs and video equipment ever since.

Home service

You don’t have to worry about how you’ll transport your TV or equipment to a shop, we’ll come to you. If you need a re-tune, set-up or help in the operation of equipment we will do that in your own home. If your equipment is faulty we’ll need to take it away to repair and will return it to you in full working order as soon as possible, often within 1-2 days.

Deposit and quote

If we need to take your TV or other equipment to the workshop we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit, this covers the time spent finding the fault. When the fault has been identified, we’ll phone you with a quote before we fix the equipment. If you decide to have the work done the deposit will come off the price of the repair.
